The product you need is available on the Chinese market and does not require any changes.

Definition of Customized Order
  • The product you need is not available on the Chinese market, and it needs to be manufactured.

  • The product you need can be found on the Chinese market, but you need to make some changes to it.

Steps of how we handle Non-customized Order
 
  1. Waiting for Purchase

  2. Purchased + Waiting for Domestic Shipping

  3. During Domestic Shipping to the warehouse

  4. In the warehouse

  5. During International Shipping

  6. Received

  • Step 1~ 4 takes about 1.5 working days;

  • Step 5~ 6 takes average  9 - 10 working days, which depends on the speed of shipping service.

  • Domestic Shipping means shipping your needed product from Seller to Smespal's Warehouse.

  • Step 1 ~ 2 takes about 0.5 - 1.5 working days;

  • Step 3 ~ 4 takes the days that depends on the complexity of product;

  • Step 5 ~ 6 takes 0.5 - 1 working day;

  • Step 7 ~ 8 takes average  9 - 10 working days, which depends on the speed of shipping service.

  • Domestic Shipping means shipping your needed product from Seller to Smespal's Warehouse.

After-sale Service

From the day when the logistic website shows your parcel has been received, you can communicate with us and feedback any product issues. We will immediately initiate an investigation and try our best to negotiate with the relevant parties to reach a fair result for all parties.

Valid After-sale Term

The valid After-sales term is when the logistic Website shows your parcel has been received for no more than 15 working days. It’s suggested that You should confirm the receipt of products after receiving the parcel. You may apply for after-sales services within the valid after-sales term thereof if necessary, or otherwise after-sales services may not be provided after the said valid term.

If you found product missing / damaged / defected, etc when you received the product, please take photos or videos of product for our verification.
